This is what I do during load-shedding...
YUSH! SO DAMN HAPPY WITH THIS
So, yes, you all probably already know Jennifer, but who's the person next to her? No, it's not like the mirror thing (since the poses are different) where you show the two sides of a person or something, this is actually her younger twin!
I know, I know, I could have given her a better name but I wanted them to rhyme 
Why is she a witch?
The original story was she went to Cloud Tower because she hated being compared to her older sister and wanted to get away from that but that's...boring?
So I decided to make it a bit more interesting. You see, she has Asperger's Syndrome. Everybody who has this disorder is different. For her, she's terrified or bright colors, crowds/loud noises, has repetitive routines and behavior, also, difficulty socially interacting with others. Cloud Tower is the most ideal place for now, isn't it? But her IQ is at a superior level, around 155 (yes, that is actually possible) but she tends to see 'things' that others can't and get distracted a lot by 'them'. By Season 3, her the disorder is slowly fading and continues in the later years but she'll never COMPLETELY cure from it, neither go back into a fairy. Her powers? Kind of stumped on that so I'll update that later. I don't want it to be darkness since that's Candace's power
Why is her outfit so much like Jennifer's Magic Winx?
Because they're twins and that's her Trix
I tried to make as much like Jennifer's while making sure to preserve the 'trix-ish' look
