Sims 3 creepy glitch

This is the first time it happened to me
Trust me, I felt like I died when the upper half of her body just doubled in size... I was even having trouble breathing for a few minutes after this
I this whole day (in the game) had been kind of awkward..actually it started kind of like two nights before. That toddler's father was eating Grilled Cheese but he took out the bowl that had been processed into Baby Food by the step-mom and I put it in the fridge cuz the toddler wasn't hungry anymore. Well, he was holding it like you hold a sandwich and after he was done eating, the bowl was still there with his hand going through the center and stayed that way...He's at work right now so I still don't know
Then this morning (in the game) she was playing with a teddy that she sleeps with every night and all of a sudden, the teddy disappeared and her hands were all twisted in an unnatural position. I made her stop and she pushed the 'invisible' teddy away and sat down but when I hovered over the floor, there was no sign of the bear, not even an invisible one! this was like the first family that I didn't give to much money to! (by cheats )
And then afterwards, she started crying for no reason but I think that's cuz her dad turned off the TV when he was leaving for work and she was watching it. Anyways, her step-mom (the woman sitting on the couch) comes and turns it on and she starts watching it with her...and then it happens--the thing in the screen-shot
