This is *Celegal1's OC Narcus, Nesenna's twin brother
I drew him for two reasons:-
1-For my lovely Deia.
2-It was a deal with the devil, Dai, I draw Narcus and Orfeo when she draws Bessie and Niamh...

I couldn't be happier with with this well, maybe if he were in his civilian clothes...but I spent months trying to figure them out but in the end, decided to just get done with it by putting him in his specialist uniform
